This notice explains how Ken Stoecklin Photography, offering On the Wall Art Preview Studio, handles information connected with the founding beta.
1. Artwork stays on your device
Artwork, logos, studio information, dimensions and app settings added inside On the Wall are stored locally in your browser on your device. The current beta does not upload that library to an On the Wall account or cloud library.
When you export or share a mockup, you control where the exported file goes. Browser-data removal, app removal, device changes or device failure can erase local information, so keep your original files and use Backup Library.
2. Information collected when you purchase or contact us
Our website and checkout may collect your name, email address, billing address, telephone number, order details and messages you send. Our payment processor handles payment information; we do not need or intend to store your complete payment-card number inside the On the Wall app.
3. Technical information
Our hosting provider, website platform, security tools, cookies and analytics may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, pages requested, approximate location derived from IP address, referring page and timestamps. This information may be used to deliver and secure the service, diagnose failures and understand general usage.
4. How we use information
- Complete purchases and deliver access and installation instructions.
- Provide support, respond to messages and administer the founding beta.
- Maintain, secure and improve the website and app.
- Keep business and transaction records and meet legal obligations.
- Send product or service messages you request or that are necessary for your access.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share the minimum information needed with service providers that support hosting, checkout, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, security or legal compliance. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer.
6. Retention and security
We retain order and support records only as long as reasonably needed for service, business, tax, accounting, dispute and legal purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service or device-storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices
You can avoid adding artwork or branding to the app, remove locally stored artwork with the app controls, clear the app’s browser storage, and control cookies through your browser or the website’s Cookie Settings control. You may contact us to ask about the personal information we maintain about your purchase or support history.
8. Children and geography
The founding beta is not directed to children under 13 and is offered to purchasers age 18 or older in the United States. Do not submit another person’s personal information without authorization.
